I want to find step by step on how to use unitime for timetabling of a university, a department, or a school

The software is complex. I already installed it in my computer. I can login as admin, student, etc. It seems that it is not intuitive enough for a new user. As a new user, I then want to find whether there is already step by step guide on what todo when for example, a department ask me to create a time table by using the unitime software.

I also search youtube on how to step by step use unitime.

Or, if someone can provide a simple case example, I think it will be good for a new person who want to use unitime to have a sense of how to first time use the unitime for timetabling. And what I imagine is like this:

1. I want to collect data. What data should be collected? What data format should be collected. In this case, for a simple tutorial, it need to show the data in tabular formats. Daily and regular user in public know and use data in the form of tables. What tables should I collect in this case to feed into the unitime timetabling system. Show me the table example.

2. From the already shown table examples, then, show me step by step, what I should input first into the unitime time tabling system. Eg. First see example table one, open menu >> submenu >> etc., then enter the data into the interface provided. Go to table number bla blah, open menu blah blah, and enter the data from the table into the interface. Etc. This instructions I think will be very doable for first time people who want to use the UNITIME timetabling.

3. Assume data entry completed, then the next step is, for the first time people who want to get started in producing timetable with unitime is that, step by step, first, you should do bla bla bla, ..., finally, do this to produce the output that you want, that is the timetable.

By using the step by step hello world like the above steps, I think first time people who want to use the unitime will be able to have mental model on how the unitime works, especially for its elementary, fundamental, or basic operation to produce a timetable.

If you have any resource like the one I describe above, please show me. Thanks
